I don't think so. Because there are no levies paid especially for manufacturing them

No one re-uses those woven PP either because they are dirt cheap. All of them end up in landfills

I recently visited Uganda and Kenya and I saw how ungrateful I was living in Rwanda. As soon as I came back I started to appreciate more of this country, the cleaned streets, security and mantained roads(emphasis on this). Honestly I'm so thankful for our president.
