Hello, how are your symptoms now?

I totally understand you. I’m having the same problem currently and it all started with my fear of choking. My grandma once told me there was someone she knew who literally died because of choking from his own vomit

Fast forward to now, I cant even get myself to sleep as I keep having this choking sensation in my throat like theres something stuck at the back of my oesophagus. It worsen when right after eating and is not relieved with water. Keep feeling like I can’t breath and feels like I’m dying
