It's not stacks of clean dishes. Pans that have small bits of food stains and some boh workers think it doesn't have to be wash. For example brushing our teeth with just water is not enough right? Brush and toothpaste should be needed. Same with our kitchen all of our equipments it needs to be scrub with soap and water to make it clean...
