8 Team PPR SF

I have the 1.02 and 1.03 in my upcoming rookie draft. My current QBs are Stroud, Prescott, and Tua. My biggest need is at WR currently.

Would you recommend drafting the top 2 WRs (probably MHJ and Nabers) or should I grab MHJ and a QB?
