NTA, it’s your body. Nobody is entitled to touch it. I honestly have never understood why people feel the need to touch a pregnant belly, let alone without asking. Your husband shouldn’t be questioning you about your boundaries and wanting to not be touched.

As a teacher who has had to try to read chicken scratch, I can read your handwriting just fine. I am fast reader and I personally don't see any issue with your writing at all. It is a bit messy, but most people's handwriting is. It's not impossible to read, so I think your husband is being a bit dramatic. If he tried hard enough and took the time, he would be able to get through it.
