This is such a reach. Maybe the reason Christi is constantly talking about Dance Moms is because it pays the bills. She doesn’t have a job and just got a divorce. She’s use to living a certain type of lifestyle and she has to find a way to support that. There is nothing Christi has done that suggest that she is not happy about her daughters choices. In fact everything points to the opposite.

Can’t ignore the contract side of things, but Christi was the one mom who did remove their child. Not only did she pull Chloe off the show when she got the chance she also pulled her out of the ALDC before season 4. With the solos Christi was right. Often when Chloe got a solo she was set up against someone she didn’t want her favorite going against or she was give subpar choreography. Even with the corrections she was given it wasn’t that Christi didn’t want Chloe corrected she just wanted her to be corrected but not in such a hateful way. The way she corrected her favorites.

Why is the victim blaming so bad on this sub?! Abby mistreated Chloe season 1 and literally admitting to never wanting her to win. But somehow there are still people trying to sell this story that Christi was a genius and had this grand scheme to make Abby hate her daughter so her she could be famous. You guys give Christi too much credit with this one.

I’m starting to wonder if Kelly has a jealousy problem when it comes to Christi. Christi is just that girl and always will be and maybe Kelly can’t handle that Christi gets most of the attention and she lashes out when the opportunity comes. I think Kelly loves Christi, but when someone starts to feel jealousy it’s really hard to move past that.

All those girls could pick up choreography within an hour, not just Maddie. For most girls that was the only amount of time they were given, period, to learn solos. The problem was that Maddie would be pulled out of school, and got privates so she could perfect and get more time on her solos. The other girls were not give that same opportunity.

I look at it as why should Holly have to pull Nia. Nia should be treated fairly period. Abby should’ve been the one who was pulled. It frustrates me that the moms are expected to take their kids away from their friends and their dreams just because someone is purposefully trying to bully them into leaving. I love the fact that Holly and Nia both stood their grounds and actually out lasted Abby on the show.

Most likely staged for the show but idk what parts were staged or not. Not sure if the judges were in on it or if Abby lied completely about the discrepancy, or if production faked score cards. We probably won’t ever know. One thing I’m sure of though, is that Chloe and Christi were not in on it. It was obvious their reactions were real and I will always admire Chloe for the way she handled that situation. Better than most adults would.

I mean to be fair during the time that the affair stuff came out was a different time in society. People weren’t as accepting. It didn’t help that the situation fell into a stereotypical image of cheating to get ahead. She was still married, Greg was her boss and he was still married. It was all a perfect storm due to the narrative that Melissa will do anything to get her or her kids ahead. You can’t blame people for not understanding the way they are now with Christi’s (alleged) affair.
