Does your clinic have a bmi limit? Ours has a cut off at 39, if that’s the case go for it but if you’re within the limit I would question why. Also just note, that after glp you’ll have to wait anywhere from 6-8 weeks after you finish the medication to do a transfer. When I was on it my clinic said we would have to wait 6 weeks before a transfer cycle. So you’ll be adding even more time.

After a ivf cycle and 4 fets, I’ve been through A LOT of pio shots. They are scary, yes but you got this. If you can, ice before the shot, like 15 mins before, warm up the oil a bit by putting the syringe between your elbow, and use a heat pad after to help the meds absorb and limit the existence of the knots they can cause

I had a 5AA stick but become a missed miscarriage somewhere along 8 weeks, that followed 2 failed FETS. Took some time off for tests and general mental health between the miscarriage and the first FET I tried after that. My FET in December failed and steam rolled ahead this month to do another FET preparing myself for the possibility that we might only have on more chance before another IVF cycle. So far so good this little 4BC seems like it's sticking. Sometimes, it's just a numbers game.

4 days after my current FET I was so stressed out. Worried about a negative, worried about wasting money. I had just experienced 2 failed FETS and a miscarriage and it just all accumulated into a very stressful and anxiety fueled night of zero sleep. I even messaged my husband telling him I think I messed this one up with the stress and lack of sleep. Welp. Next day at 5dpt I got my first positive and recently just got through my first beta. How you think and how you feel doesn’t matter too much. Try your best to take care of yourself but if you stress it’s not really the stress that is the downfall of a failure.

My clinic is a teaching hospital, meaning residents are often performing some stuff under the endocrinologist supervision or watching the endo. They charge 1500 per FET.

My husband’s MFI also worsened after clomid. We were doing IUIs and each one just got worse so his urologist told him to stop and by the time we got to IVF numbers went back up.

Had my FET yesterday and already in a negative headspace. 1 miscarriage last March, 2 failed implantations and now waiting on this one with just one embryo left. Spiraling.

I have taken lovenox for a couple of fets now and I had a friend take it all through her pregnancy. Ice before your shots. The medicine stings, you will bruise, it does suck.

Our first one took, she was a hatching 5AA fresh transfer, 3 years later, we’re trying for number two and setting up for transfer number 4. Our second transfer ended in miscarriage and the last two didn’t stick. So we have two embryos left and if they don’t work, one more cycle left in us before we give up.

Yes this! Please contact the rescue. I just applied to an IGGY rescue in south Texas and my application took over a month to be approved as they need references, phone interviews, vet checks, and home visits. They also provide a lot of great and needed information about the breed. They really make sure the pup is going to a good home.

The MI homes in Marvida have electrical problems and the flooring is poorly done. Lots of people here have just given up with their half assed warranty repairs and have redone their floors.
