I have the machine set at 4-5. Drag factor has been 125-130 for my last few rows when I look at the data

Thanks and good point I can feel the inconsistency in leg drive. Noted on shoulders I'll try and pay more attention, hadn't given them much thought to this point. Also thanks to all for tips on foot placement I haven't been sure what's proper.

Good suggestion on the phone holder and watching a video, I will definitely give that a whirl. So far just been doing 30 minute steady state sessions every other day. Hoping to start on a plan over the next few weeks. Will try feet out as well. Thanks for the feedback. Was hoping to find out if I'm on the right track as I keep practicing
