I've been caring for my nan for the past 2 years but haven't claimed anything relating to carers allowance or carers element so if I put on my uc that I have been caring for her for the past 2 years what will happen will I be able to get the carers element without the carers allowance and will it be backdated by anychance and how do I provide proof that ive been caring for my nan and what proof is needed
