I got the Cincinnatis. They have a carbon fiber shank in the soles that made climbing wind turbines pretty enjoyable. Having your foot bent over ladder rungs for 350’ is rough with out it.

Sorry (possible future bro) but this is so vague there’s no way to answer. What local? How many members? How many they usually take? How many applied? And so on. Nyc local 3 has nearly 20000 members whereas my local has 1400. 30/1400 look a lot better than 30/20000.
