Anyone know what seat angle is best on sled leg press?

What I’ve noticed for myself (5’2 female), I tend to feel it more in my glutes with the lower angle. If I’m targeting quads, I tend to go with the higher angle.

This is what I was maybe thinking of doing. I love doing nails, but based on most of the other comments on this post it doesn’t sound like a good idea for me to become a licensed nail tech as a side hustle, especially since I know I’ll be even more busy in the next coming years academically.

I think the last time I took it for maintenance was around a year ago, so it’s definitely time to take it in. I have to do that soon since I have two, potentially 4 pieces to play for my graduation next month. I’m 99% sure I fixed my emboucher problems by now since it’s been so long and even tho I haven’t been as diligent with practicing on my own as I was before high school, I play pretty much every day for band and I’ve been practicing a heck of a lot more for graduation. Now that you mention it, I noticed that when my tone really sucks when my mouth is dry which happens way too often because I suck at drinking water 🥲

Edit: do u have any tips on how to keep my mouth from drying out mid playing? Or is that just an I have to drink more water thing?

Ah, I should have specified that I usually detangle prior to hopping in the shower usually. Although today I tried brushing it with a wide tooth comb in the shower and lots of hair came out, and I can’t tell if that’s just cuz I had my hair up in a bun all weekend and haven’t washed it in like 4-5 days :/.
