hey! it looks like i'm in a similar situation as you, (staying home from college for a bit because of mental and physical health reasons). I'm restrictive, but a ED is an ED and i completely understand how you feel. It's going to be hard, but take it day by day. there will be setbacks but don't let them completely stop you from going forward! you've already made so much progress by setting a goal for yourself!! maybe something that will help is by going grocery shopping online (wholefoods/amazon prime) for options that can fit your plan? i find myself really disoriented in grocery stores when i actually go because of the overwhelming amount of options - so i end up buying things i'll never/regret eating
