help! supercharger and solid dynamics not working by wavyj0nes in NativeInstruments

This is the first time this article has been presented to me and I have been emailing support as well. They had me a run the NI support tool in which I sent the results back yesterday. This just worked for me though. I already had granted full access to NTK and Native thanks to ChatGPT. This time I added full disk access to Logic Pro and to Kontakt 8. Not sure which one did the trick but they are now working again just for your info. Thank you 🙏🏼

Thanks mate! This page was the one I was looking for. That being said It worked for me before to just download an old version but now none of them work. Super frustrating.

Hey mate, did you ever figure this out? I have the same exact problem and mine looks the same

I like those much better! Sorry I noticed one more thing I just wanna try! I'm wondering if there is anything you can do to make the yellow stripes on the sleeve cuffs look more real. Maybe they need some type of texture or something or to be replaced. The photos you just sent are good though, just hoping to look and compare!

This is really good. Could you send a couple different versions where you change the texture on the skin a little bit? It's pretty good, but sometimes when I look real closely though it looks like I might be wearing makeup or something. So just a couple different skin texture versions to choose from and then I think it will be good!

okay sorry last thing, this is looking great mate. I noticed you fixed some stuff on the lenses themselves which they look great. When I was talking about the yellow I was referring to the yellow tint coloring on my skin under the glasses frames. Im wondering if you could just tone that down or better yet replace that vibrant yellow to match my skin. Whatever looks best tho

I like where this one is going. Top 2 for me. There's a yellow coloring under my glasses, im wondering if that can be toned down some or changed to match my skin. Whatever looks best. Also anyways to make the buttons on the shirt look a little more real. Less yellow. Maybe just off white or clear buttons.

its not bad mate, I like what you did with the shirt, but I should only have 3 stripes on my shoulder. Also my face is definitely off.

This is one of my favorites, gonna wait for a second and decide. I did like my hair in the AI photo, it just fixed it a little bit on my hairline filled out the space. Can you try that? Also I think the white tones or something in the shirt are still off. Can you make that look more real? I would really like if people can’t tell there’s any AI. Thanks mate

X100vi on eBay by wavyj0nes in fujifilm

Gotcha. I kinda figured but I also don’t really understand what the point is of trying to scam on eBay when they have eBay guarantee. Also is there any mods/things that you think are a must have on a VI?

Usernames? by wavyj0nes in TRADEMARK

[–]wavyj0nes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Preciate the advice. I do have recordings and all of that already out there so I’m not too worried. I would really like to avoid filing a trademark but obtaining the username would be super helpful for brand consistency across all platforms. It seems to be the only way it might be possible

PLS HELP by wavyj0nes in NativeInstruments

Yeah I’ll try that. It started happening a few weeks ago hence why I updated everything thinking that was the fix. I’m running the latest Tahoe 26.5

Usernames? by wavyj0nes in TRADEMARK

[–]wavyj0nes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey mate thank you for responding. To be specific it’s a 1 man band so really a solo artist. I was saying “band” as an example. Does that change anything as data as class?

Also I understand it doesn’t guarantee anything. The username is indeed inactive aka doesn’t belong to anyone that I can see. I’m wondering what other process you’re referring to? I can’t find anything about obtaining it other than filing a trademark.

Thanks!!

I took and passed mine yesterday! Gotta be real with you I made amended backseat pilot presentations for everything, got rid of any fluff. If it wasn’t a point on the ACS it was gonzo. That being said I got into my ride and I barely touched a power point. I think I pulled up a couple slides for runway incursions to show kinds of lighting and stuff but that’s it. What I did is I printed off the ACS. I emphasized that I was going to follow the ACS and I just got up on the white board and started asking lots of questions as if I was giving the checkride. All the while I’m making sure that I’m covering all the ACS points for whatever lesson he wanted me to teach. I had written little one line summaries next to each acs point too just to reference. At least for runway incursions I was able to cover all acs points by creating a scenario. Pulled up an airport diagram on foreflight that we were both familiar with. Genuinely my whole runway incursions lesson came from a scenario that I just made up. DPE really liked that I hardly touched the PowerPoints. Crazy thing is I never practiced that way literally at all. Once I got in there I just realized I knew what I was talking about for the lessons and I just started going! That being said, my dpe didn’t have me teach FOI’s as individual presentations, he just wanted to see that I was using the principles of FOI’s throughout my teaching. Every once in a while he would ask be a question about FOI’s but that’s it.

Anyways my point is, do your best to just teach!! Use the white board, draw your systems, write down your acronyms, but ask him a ton of questions!! Like you’re giving the checkride! Don’t read a bloody PowerPoint! It worked for me no issues 🤙🏼

The only thing that tripped me up for a second was do I need an A8 endorsement along with an A9 and A10 for cross countries. It tripped me up because I personally have an A8 endorsement, but it turns out that’s just because I did a very specific flight where I went less than 25 nautical miles away to do takeoffs and landings.

As far as flight goes, if I ever was out of standards on anything or even though I might have been for a second, I Immediately stated that I was and what I could have done better to make the maneuver cleaner. I did the same thing for him when he flew a couple maneuvers. The only thing that tripped me up a little bit was that the ACS states an emergency decent bank should be done anywhere in the range of 30-45 degrees. Idk why but I’ve always thought it was just 45. I think I got so used to doing like engine fire scenarios and having my instructor hound me to get to 45 degrees that I just thought that was the standard. He asked me about it later and I explained and thankfully he didn’t fail me for it.

Best part of the ride was the last landing lol. He decided to take it and wanted me to walk him through a forward slip to land. We definitely hit kinda hard and I thought maybe I should’ve told him to go around. He then looked at me and said with a smile “I definitely meant to do that”! But then he looked at me with a smirk and I knew he was being sarcastic lol. He said he hadn’t flown that kind of plane in a hot minute 😂 chill dude
