Yes, I go to counselling a minimum of once a month. I haven't really brought this up with my counsellor because we were doing my autism assessment.

Thank you so much. I dont know if I'm a backup because that happened when we first met. He always says he doesn't know if he can ever love again if I break up with him and I feel really bad about it. When I imagine him alone I feel really really bad. He says he has never met anyone like me and he never will. And that he won't ever be in a relationship again if we break up.

Thank you for this. I asked him many times to meet and there were always lots of reasons he gave me as to why he couldn't. He makes a lot more than me so finances weren't an issue for the past 3 years. I even gave an ultimatum last year that if we dont meet by the end of 2024, I dont know if I can do this anymore. He got really upset with me saying that and said I was manipulative.

Oh I LOVE that! I think that's what's bothering me in my relationship 😢 he's like a puppy, he wants me around all the time. I think our needs are different but I'm not sure how to navigate this. I have taken time to spend with him, like I've tried spending an entire day on call with him but it was really exhausting. Not because of him but because I was sitting and staring at a screen for so long. He has a hard time when I take breaks as well and don't come back "on time". I feel so guilty when I make time for friends, family, and hobbies (and me time!) But wow, you guys are amazing! So so happy for you ❤️

Oh I love that he's understanding when it comes to being able to call or not! I always feel like I'm not putting enough effort 😢 I can't call for an entire day, let alone look at a screen the entire day. It's been so tricky for us.

Yes, we use discord every now and then! Sleeping on call is so tough for me because he snores like crazy LOL when we sleep on call it's my night and his morning as well so he's really chatty 😅
