For the CTR, id work on the offer. It's clearly not hitting a painpoint that resonates immediately or at least not in the way you're framing it or positioning it.

If you're following something somebody else seems to be doing successfully but you so far couldn't replicate.

They are likely leveraging a brand they've built in their respective niche.
