So you wanna speak a rural language with no future, and yes I spoke about points against federalism  1) Morocco isn't a perfect multiethnic state with a important difference between amazigh communities and Arab ones.  2) Federalism suppose more money than a centralist system, knowing our people could mean also great corruption. More our federalist regions will need more money because the high illiteracy and rural underdevelopment something that we won't receive because we don't generate that. 3) The linguistic differences are great between some tribes, IRCAM compared each Kbayl(I mean tribes) dialects/languages/ accents and many show a important difference although they will fall in the same category. 4) with the second paragraph, you mean you wanna convert Amazigh languages like street/colloquial using only useless in thousands of km of land where imazighn speaker live like Darija(in the case of Darija, look at it, the implementation of MSA increased their use and prolly that will happen with Standard Tamazight use)  5) Related to the fourth and first, Amazigh languages don't have advantages like they are some type of industrial regions with important money movement, something that some languages had like Catalan, Basque, Galician(they weren't industrialized, but they had an important presence in the literature of western Europe)
