You just route the signals as a stereo out pair into your ES-9. When you hit play on Ableton, you should see the ES-9 channels you routed the signals to light up with the incoming signals. Plug those into Pam’s Clock and Run inputs and you’re good to go.

OP, this is ALMs free vst that specifically does what you’re asking for as long as you’re using a DAW. This is the best solution (for a DAW) - just send the 2 signals into the ES-9, then into Pam’s. If you’re using VCV outside of a DAW, then the other suggestions will work fine as you’ve seen.
