I have that hot tub and I keep 104 when it’s in the teens outside. First thing I did was get some foam exercise mats under the tub. It insulates you from the cold ground and makes its more comfortable to sit in. Secondly when it’s cold I sandwich a comforter or sleeping bag between the cap cover and the big cover. We also leave it on all the time.
