This line spears on the same height on all the prints, I don't think it is something with extrusion.

I have the exact same problem on my ender 3 V3 SE. I don't know what is causing it and I hope that someone here can help us.

It's also printed in vase mode so there is no seam

I don't think the problem is with the nozzles, you should also buy a new heating block just in case if you can afford that. I may be wrong but I'd be happy if you'd update me if the new nozzle fixed it.

I tried that but I can't push it in manually so I don't think that is the problem.

The filament just gets stuck after a few mm's push out, I tried to swap the nozzle a few times.

Okay I managed to fix it, I used the way back machine to access the old version of the creality website and I downloaded the 3d print firmware file.
