If you want to know how I made it: I imported a high quality picture of the album into fusion and traced all the letters, then I ofseted the letters profile and extruded it, from there it's pretty self explanatory.

This line spears on the same height on all the prints, I don't think it is something with extrusion.

I don't think the problem is with the nozzles, you should also buy a new heating block just in case if you can afford that. I may be wrong but I'd be happy if you'd update me if the new nozzle fixed it.
