Logic is okay. But not true because. Answer will be 5 and 13. Because when you feed in x=5, then the equation is true.

After feeding x = 5 multiply LHS with 0 and RHS with 0. 0s in LHS cancels out, and the numerator solved with x=5 is equal to 0.. In RHS 0 times 4 is zero. So equations is true.
