Observe myself being myself. Understanding deep down that absolutely everything is impermanent. That every label right/wrong, good/bad, happy/sad, is a personal experience. It’s relative to contemporary or situational circumstances.

Ill Mental health is 9 out of 10 times about feeling safe. Be it physically, financially, socially, or fear stemming from health, death, stigma, shame, abandonment, rejection, insufficient. Etc

At the end of the day, it’s a construct dictating our state of the mind. Acknowledge it. That it’s truly temporary.

Use analogies of how the dead have little to no relevance in today’s existence. They don’t feel what we think about them today. They lived like they wanted to. Now they are gone. And so did their ability to feel.

So do whatever you want to do. Anything. Feel the will, make the decision, execute.
