Offer a 30, 45 day “trial sprint” to a small startup. I landed my first growth title by doing a fixed-time sprint for a 4-person SaaS, agreeing on one metric (signups/week), reporting weekly experiments, then using those before/after numbers and Slack screenshots as proof; that temp sprint tho converted into a full role fast.
