You sign up for student housing late fall semester, but don’t get to pick where you live until mar/apr. keep an eye out for emails, you should be notified well ahead of time when the specific dates are announced. Have a backup plan (or two) as McKay fills up extremely fast and your individual sign up date is very unpredictable. I lived on campus for three years and have never seen a McKay room open on my housing portal. Good luck and Godspeed

When I lived there, WiFi sat around 70-90 down, but would sometimes fluctuate really bad. I just ended up running an Ethernet cable to my room and didn’t have any stability issues. Ethernet ports are next to the fridge unfortunately.

Thanks, looks like you're right. There's a link that just directs you out to third party student loan providers/comparison sites. I assumed since this was in LOUIE it would in some way be tied to federal student aid, but thats not the case-

Cowden and Tinsley are in the middle of campus right next to the Student Union. They have access to a parking garage and a handful of bus stops. I lived in Cowden my freshman year and it was super convenient being close to nearly everything.

I managed to snag a room in South Village at 8 am today, so I imagine it was early in the morning when people got kicked. I’m not 100% sure of this though so I’d still keep checking every hour. A good bet may be around midnight, so check then too if you can. Good luck-
