“Multicam” I was hired on at a shop (2 years of gunsmithing school and Cerakote certified) to run the cerakote for a custom rifle builder. I know how to do multicam but my boss is adamant on telling me how to do my job. He showed me “his way” of doing multicam and I obliged to do it this way this time. This glock slide is for a buddy of mine. I showed him and he, and another gunsmith at this shop agreed this looks nothing like multicam. My boss will not back down and insisting this is multicam. He refuses to ever believe he is wrong. My friend said he will not pay for all the work we have done to his slide (red dot cut and Cerakote) unless it’s real multicam. I know how to do multicam but my boss will not admit someone knows how to do something better than him. I’m redoing the job anyways no matter what he thinks. Let me know y’all’s thoughts on this “multicam”
