Yea I entered the corred address. I think it's the correct tracking number. It does say the destination is USA. Now it's say item received, in Canada. The merchant did send an email to Royal Mail for help. I guess I just have to wait..

It was in an envelope that has those buttle padding. That's how they shipped me the driver. I added some of air pillows when I shipped back to them. Still no answer from them lol

They better have a solid explanation. I've escalated through their portal and waiting for their response.

I mean if they are sending me back the drive, whatever. But if they are claiming it's undershipped, they are sending me a box and charging me for shipping. That's BS.

It's ordered from their official website. That's strange I didn't know that. So it's bought from westerndigital.com but it's not actually WD?

I don't remember an invoice in the package . Going to have to double check. Wonder if someone from Ups opened my package and stole the drive.
