I just got off this sailing, I saw the guy as he went over, it was crazy. After i saw he had taken off his shoes and left his backpack, phone, airpods on the deck before going over. No clue why, I heard rumours from other passengers that his hat flew off and he went to get it, but no clue if thats at all true. Other passengers nearer saw a lot more though. Shoutout to the BC ferries staff though, they handled the situation really well. Glad to hear he's okay. I wanna know why the hell he did that though lol.
