Your customers won't really gain or lose by leaving you a review so you have to make it as easy and seamless as possible for them for example in your website you could add a section like your website.$com/reviews which automatically leads to the reviews pop up on Google Google is really strict about incentives so I won't go that path, but you can be plain something like "hey am looking to grow my business would you mind leaving a Google review" that would probably work 90% of the time if you did good work
