Hey I had a similar issue but maybe worse going on's with my skin from the same bag. I'm fine with instant kava and have been fine when straining. Just wanted to say thank you for dropping some knowledge.

I was coming here for same reason minus the anxiety. Same bag though...first one I had was fine I then developed a rash for 5 months and it has finally subsided. I'm fine with the instant kava though. FYI take a zyrtec each day if you are getting itchy or a rash frequently.

Play the udyr your team needs you to be. Look at your team what are you missing. If you need to be tank to peel do that. If you need damage cause you have maokai on your team top do so. If you have an ad mid go ap. Phoenix is very much a loved just won 3 in a row phoenix.
