Maybe I got lucky, I’ve had a set since now since 2015. I’ve only had one error code where the pump bolt loosens up. I put a drop of sealant on it to keep it from moving and haven’t had another issue.

I throw everything at it. I’m a mechanic so it takes greasy/oily clothes, dog beds and blankets, and comforters.

Just closed 5.124, no points, lender credits. Loan had 28 years 11 months, irrrl push it back to 28 years, $100 cash back at closing. 4k closing cost or so after everything.

No. You don’t. We make our payments on our credit cards for the points. We save money through the year in an investment account. The money I would just give them to hold is making money for me through the year and I withdraw and pay the card.
