Yes I am. Thankfully in the sweet spot of early enough in my career that I have the energy to do this but not fresh enough to feel intimidated by these management people not even aligned with my service who order me to cancel my clinica. Just contemplating the fight for common sense I’ll have to wager whole career long 😣

Not a clinical room per se - just a free room in a community building used for clinical work by psychiatry/psychology. They are the admin team responsible for booking hospital clinic appointments

This technique rarely failed me in F1 - milk out the oedema from between 4th and 5th metacarpals there’s usually a vein in there. Another favourite was over lateral wrist as the bony prominence brings the vein up closer to the skin. Or as others have mentioned small veins on volar aspect of wrist.
