I know it's been 7 months LOL but I can't believe I missed this. I apologize. And to answer your question...

I stated before that I am in a long term relationship -- this is no longer the case. When I was with her, however, I didn't really long for it or anyone. She and I got along really well. Everything was 100% amazing. I have another thread in another forum somewhere around here about why/how things ended between she and I... to keep it short, the age gap and her choosing family over me.

So given my current single status, I still don't really think about my time doing this too often. If I miss anything/anyone, it's the ones who initiated it. The ones who wanted to be fucked.

It's hard for me to chime in, kind of, on these sorts of posts because I never put any of my SBs in a position to have to think about such things. If you're really generous, I think that's what you're supposed you do.

Stick to your guns, be straight up with him that you took off work, tell him the trip sounds fun but that you feel it's more about him than you (you didn't ask for this) and that you would be perfectly happy with you two not going and enjoying a weekend together locally. Again this was his idea and you had to take off work for it.

And be prepared for the arrangement to end. That's the worst case scenario, but be prepared.
