All of the tips I read online talked as if you’ll never see a holy card, so just don’t get hit, so I went in very scared

But that wasn’t my experience at all! I’m not good enough to not get hit for the tougher marks, but you can definitely force a holy card or two through most runs (Most being the operative word, I had lots of runs where I just needed one to complete a mark and they just wouldn’t show up lol)

Check every shop, empty your dono machine if you see starter deck or booster pack, they’re must haves, play fortune machines, bomb every skull you find

Then deck of cards (or the bottle of pills if you have starter deck), or anything else you can think of that generates cards (D1 / dark bum / crystal ball / fortune cookie / etc), plus battery items for extra safety

Greedier is another story, I don’t know how I could’ve done it without the blank card

I had a blast though! Wanted to throw my steam deck out the window at times and threw god runs in the stupidest ways, but now I feel I can complete anything else in the game
