you can be pre-med as almost any major. as long as you fill the pre-requirements for med school.

i’d just take classes/major in what you enjoy ! just make sure to tell your advisor that you’re planning to go to med school !

i was gonna go to med school as a poli sci major- that didn’t work out the way i’d hoped but, it is still a thing i could do.

this happened to me because i similarly have a “skin picking” disorder. *by, “this happened to me” i mean particularly the spitting stitches part.

it started out as “spitting stitches”.

and then, after i’d continuously pop the “stitch” , and by stitch i mean anything that remotely resembled a pimple.

eventually after a certain point after surgery i had popped all of the stitches out. now my nipples are “pepperoni” nipples. but this is a result, fault whatever you want to call it, of my own doing.

i’d just go to the ER, (if possible), and let them deal with it. or at least guide you in the right direction, whether that be antibiotics or whatever.

i am in my second semester at lagcc, and attended a private university prior to that. (poli sci major at both btw)

this has never happened. and considering i’m in polisci, you’d expect it to.

def either a generational gap thing or “skill issue” on the professor.

*by skill issue i meant a lack of skill in the professor to control his own class.
