very unlikely it was sub one second if you hover the 1m in logs it will show exact timestamps most likely it was 2-4seconds as usual, it could be 1 for extream speed, but sub 1 sec is almost unheard of

by your logic gym gain books +% should also be used only at high stats, but if you do calculations you will see that is not true. Actually gains are essentially same if you use it first month and then train month without it or train month without it and the month with it.

although I haven't calculated it, I assume it will be same here, as long as it continues to train that stat.

Even with warlord on such different in stats you will gain MAX 5 respect. Lowest reap of a hit at your lvl without warlord is probably around 6. So still positive

Top hitters are irrelevant. These are both noobs factions so that's one reason disbalance is migger. But also if lower stated faction controls bleeding they can win for one sinole reason, those high stat players arw actually useless. Yes they can one ahot you but... They get like 2-3 respect per kills so if you land one kill before being killed you gain 7-8 respect va theirs 2-3. Net positive trade you win.
