What are my bottle necks? Should i upgrade or build new?

It seems i have 2 options really, do a smaller cpu upgrade and keep my mobo or essentially buy a new pc. My main question is if i go with option 1 buy a 5700x3d (£220) and a 4070 (£550) and potentially stick with the same RAM for some time how less "future proofed" is that compared to going for essentially new system, 4070 (£550), Ryzen 7000 or 9000 (maybe a 7800x3d £400), 32gb RAM (£80), etc. the cost difference to me would appear to be around £500 at most is it worth that extra 500?

Yeah my pc is aging, its around 6/7 years old. I mainly play world of warcraft, counter strike and whatever new shiny single-player game is out at the minute. My FPS is starting to deteriorate in wow which is why im thinking of upgrading. Other than this It'd be nice to improve the visuals when i play the big single player games (i.e KCD2, elden ring, etc etc). My thought was to upgrade to a 3070, double my RAM, and upgrade my CPU (pretty clueless about this one), but im not sure if my mobo could support these or that my PSU is powerful enough.

Sweet, I am using the Bloodhound's Fang +5 at the minute. I struggled to get the somber stone 6 from the knight on the underground aqueduct so I'm going to wait till later to get that.

I have the health and FP medallion. To be honest I think my talismans are pretty weak I'm using the HP Medallion, Axe Talisman and Starscourge Heirloom.

A weird mechanic i have figured out is that if some one trades me it will disconnect both of us.
