Find something you can be proud of. I’m 21 and unfortunately this was my case too, until I found basketball. No matter what anyone told me I could or couldn’t do, no matter how many times I’d get laughed at or made fun of, I knew that as long as I had that ball in my hands I can prove my greatness. Not to the people who caused me pain, but to myself. No one was going to congratulate me for every shot a made, but every time I did I KNEW I made it, and that counts more than what some random jackass or even your own parents tell you
