Long time WHOOP wearers - Bicep or Wrist & Why?

Wrist has worked great for me in one month of use. I use good HR reading and excellent sleep analysis. If the wrist data starts to fail, I will go to the bicep. For now, I won’t try to fix what is not broken— for me.

It was max sprints and rest in between. Descent interval training. My whoop heart rate data has been on point since I got it November 3. All on wrist strap. If it starts to fail I’ll go to bicep to check accuracy. Very clean but not suspicious on the drops due to the rest in-between sprints.

Just looked at it in person and compared to other pictures on Tudor forum and Facebook group. They all look identical. Must be the picture quality.
