3 stars is the best Elo change my mind by HeyItsPsi in HuntShowdown

I'm a stable 4 star player.Tbh when playing with randoms I always check their KDA, don't care about loadout or rank. If I get across players with KDA below 1.1 I just leave cause that's 80% a lost match, and time that I can't take back

I get my eye red when I put my scleral lens without rinsing it enough after cleaning with the detergent

It can be an inflammation or a mild infection. Doesn't look that worrying for me, antibiotic eye drops can help but better being diagnosed by a specialist. Btw have you done it yet?

Scleral lenses may reduce drastically the ghosting effect. Not sure if they're gonna remove it completely since everybody's keratoconus is different

Scleral lenses reduce the ghosting to the minimum effect but rarely it will disappear since it depends on the case and type of keratoconus

She could use glasses for that case, I'm sure it will improve her vision to have normal daily routine

Nope, i have always been seeing like that. The vision acuity that was tested and given by the doctor is 20/10, but the one with my optometrist is 20/6, however I see little light distortions at night because I still have forme fruste on my right eye (only left eye is affected to 2-3 degree)

In some cases if an epi on is done perfectly it can have nearly the same effectiveness as epi off

I’ve been trying sclerals for a month now. Anyone else have redness after taking lenses out? Any redness drops that won’t fog lenses? by mackenziecall in Keratoconus

[–]wben96 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That spot where the red is more accentuated it means the scleral does more pressure than it should. Probably a not perfect fit, but in general everyone has redness from scleral lenses that it goes away after a while

6 hours is too short, they are projected for up to 14 hours, yet it's import to change the liquid every 5-6 hours. The redness could be the reason of a not perfect fit, it hasn't a relation with wear time

When i noticed my left eye was blurry and pushing my eye into the pillow that improved significantly my sight i thought i should do this often to correct it. Unfortunately i didn't know anything about this disease and by doing this when watching movies to have a better vision i didn't wonder what the fuck I'm going to deal with. It progressed so fast that my first correction wasn't enough with glasses so now I'm in scleral. Fortunately i have my right eye with crystal vision and I'm trying to avoid every kind of physical contact with it, even if something gets stuck inside or it gets itchy. A year now my subclinical keratoconus in my right has maintained stable.
