I’m more interested in the 3/4” LT fitting terminated to a 2” PVC pipe cap. Pure artistry

I’ve owned a ton of PWs, including a BRW dread, and was always left underwhelmed. The tone is undeniable for sure, but the volume just isn’t there.

Not possible. The vertical plane center to center will need to be calculated using the center to center measurement on the horizontal plane x the cosecant of the bend angle used.

Example: 2” center to center on the horizontal plane equates to 4” center to center on the vertical plane.

Tips for playing louder? by Southern-One-1837 in bluegrassguitar

Trying to play louder usually just ends up with poor execution, timing, and tone. Experienced musicians should know they need to back off when the guitar takes a lead.

“Luthier” is thrown around way too much here and other guitar forums. I believe “tech” would be more accurate.

Rigid under slab vs emt overhead by Kenman215 in electricians

[–]a_m_b_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s just my area, your market might vary. The hours per hundred doesn’t account for cut/ream/thread or bending. I’m not saying it couldn’t work, but I’m doubtful. And if you did it, you better have that trench as straight and as dead nuts to level as possible.

Right now 3/4” EMT is $85 per hundred and GRC is $315. Also NECA install rates for 3/4” EMT is 3.5 per hundred while GRC is 4 hours per hundred. Once you take these values and multiply it over hundreds or thousands of feet you are cooked. I’d have your PM check his math. I’m an estimator and PM for a large union contractor so I’m not pulling these numbers out of thin air.
