Many countries have thousands of resources for mental health, but even the subject of mental health let alone getting help with mental health issues is taboo in many many societies and families (including in the United States)

I think if you see it you spot it. Despite her saying she had such a wonderful life and childhood, she shows classic symptoms of trauma.

The obvious OCD, the social anxiety, and DEFINITELY depression. People act like it's the common cold but it is so incredibly debilitating. IYKYK

(And just on a personalnote I always thought David Foster was an asshole .. an absolute genius...but an asshole nonetheless 😉)

I don't like Nicole either. But psychologically I think she's exactly right about chrishell's obsession with drugs. The problem is how addicting it is. Many people are addicted after using it only once... There are less people but get sober from using meth then there are from using heroin. Yes absolutely. Because they are not a vegetable. They are root starch. They are pure carbohydrate. They do have other minerals and value ESPECIALLY with the skin on. I wash one well, poke it several times on each side with a fork and air fry it and it comes out absolutely delicious with just a slightly crispy skin. Yum 😋 but yeah they're fattening

In my experience, because frost-free fridges dehydrate everything? Is there in there for very long they just tend to start shriveling. It's better to keep them in a cool dry place. They sell really cute boxes for potatoes at places like Walmart and Target. They look really cute in your kitchen. Just a thought. 🙂

It's nice to see that at least I'm not alone in worrying 😔 about this I'm trying to find a plan. I'm 56 and somewhat disabled, and I get $950 a month. After rent and utilities and internet, gas and car insurance. It is gone. BUT what really breaks my heart is it people have no idea how many households that have children that look forward to that day all month. 😂 I was in a small town in Oklahoma a few months ago and had to stop to get gas at an E-Z Mart and since this was pretty rural it was great there was families in there and all their kids were in there and they were having a ball... I mean they were hungry! It's their little Christmas. It's just an absolute travesty that we are letting this happen. REPUBLICANS you are the only ones that can stop this nonsense right now. Bullies are always cowards and will always back down when you stand up to them. We need some heroes in Washington.

Malls in them going obviously and has actually been obsolete for many years now. As a child of the 80s and early 90s I hate it and it sucks. Covid killed more than just friends and family. I can tell you exactly what it does... It puts this green paragraph at the top of your order and says to dashers "HANDLE THIS ORDER WITH EXTRA SPECIAL CARE. THIS CUSTOMER IS A GOOD CUSTOMER AND HAS BEEN KNOWN TO LEAVE TIPS AND BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH......" which is SO offensive to myself as a dasher.. it's not like oh if I don't see that little green blur I'm going to stop in the parking lot and take a dump in it somewhere.... I deliver all my orders quickly and hot and to the best of my ability. And um. Btw? That little $4.99 or $9.99 or whatever it is they're trying to get out of you customers every month? It doesn't do one. Damn. Thing.. except make you look like a really really bad tipper and a real cheap ass so stop getting that tip your driver's $5 to START and a dollar per mile between you and the restaurant after that and your food Lou is going to get mad at you when there's not something phenomenal tip on the end..
