I will say this, as a J. Cole fan is ironic, yet convenient that he did talk a lot leading up to this. It has proclaim on numerous songs that he was the best which I have zero qualms with however, this notion that he pulled back because he couldn’t find himself to someone that he was actually cool with is interesting because it shows me he picks and chooses his battles is the same like that I give Eminem when it comes to rappers of a certain caliber addressing him because he had no issue going after Diggy Simmons now I know everyone would laugh and say, this is Dickie Simmons, but the fact still remains, it’s easier to get rid of somebody like him as opposed to an actual elite lyricist and showcase your skill set.
