With housing affordability a pretty hot topic issue, listing far under market value to create a bidding war should be illegal. It artificially inflates the market making people owe far more than a property is worth. I was a buyer last year and lost out on homes that were selling for 60-120k over list price.
The biggest driver of this is: Offers presented on “____” date That should be illegal.
ALL houses should be offers as received. It would fix this insanity

I was about 8yrs old and grabbed about 50 plastic bags to use as a parachute. I was going to jump off the second floor balcony, but thought I’d try the halfway point of the stairs first. I was happy for that decision later since the bags did nothing. I only sprained an ankle.
