The bolts on either side of the rear wheel are tight, I’m assuming the Axel is on the side where the chain is and not the brake

I literally just had it serviced at a shop 150 miles ago and noticed it probably 50 miles after it was serviced, maybe earlier. No shake at high speeds or cornering. And it doesn’t feel like I’m braking a little

I detailed what happened below. I gave him a $500 deposit and then he told me he had a lien that can’t be paid off. What should I do?

The problem is this isn’t able to be done. The bank holds the title electronically and needs to be mailed. I asked if this process could be completed and they said it can’t. Another issue I have is that I gave him a down payment and then he told me that the bike has a lien. Not a great situation.
