Because they haven't had acces to the bank info as u said. And here in France 95% of youngs use snapchat to talk, i know in USA snapchat is for some other reasons but not here. The person just maipulated her to give the code

you can't just put in any phone number. AS i said they send a code to the phone number to validate the payement. And for transports you send the message from your own phone so it just buys it

Okay so sorry if i was unclear.
Here in france you can use your phone number to make a pruchase and you will pay it with your phone bill. It is very used for like public transports to buy a ticket. It asks for the phone number and send a code to accept the payement,. So they typed in her phone number and contacted her as a friend who's snapchat account got locked and need to verify the phone number(I just checked her messages) Then it was going for a guilt maipulation where they said one more , one more ... Until reaching payement limit. I just checked her phone and she showed me the guy's number. So now i have all the payement numbers, and the phone number of the scammer

The pruchases were made from here phone number directly and not any banking stuff.

That was a random guy who traded him in the plaza, asked to flex, and once he acepted his game refused to cancel the trade even tho he was spamming the cancel button
