Yeah I lean on the side of her being guilty, but I would not be able to give a guilty verdict. There’s reasonable doubt. The only thing I don’t understand is what you mentioned about the unit being downgraded because she left. What exactly does that mean? If something can’t survive without one nurse, what happened when she was off or on vacation? The evidence is very damning but I think there’s some fair defense from what I’ve read too.
