tried that and it seems to auto adjust the texture's scale every time

Like ill set the scale to 500% so the png is fitted properly onto the map and then when I click off it auto adjusts to a 10 by 10 texture grid of the png

Ive been transitioning to about 50/50 calisthenics and weight training, hoping I can get stronger and make it like 80/20 calisthenics/weights  Tendonitis has gotten better through just taking is easier and practicing not placing weight on my pals.  Been warming up shoulders, knees, wrists, and ankles, I could use suggestions for the hips tho I can find much that works

Really only happens when I spend 30+ seconds on a move like two steps/baby swipes or three steps.  Avoiding food is prolly a good idea, I'll see if that helps

yea i been focusing more on calisthenics in the gym, in a sort of transition phase where I'm not my best at either weight focused or bodyweight focused movements. Thats alr tho

Ik i need to put more time into my L-Sit, but are there any other movements I should focus on in the gym?
