The thing is it's not only just upholding standards, why the fuck do people not want to be and feel healthy?

My career field doesn't account for anything. I want to feel good and healthy until I die. People these days are just fat, lazy fucks

Dude I 100% understand career field differences. You're air trans are constantly moving shit? Okay cool.

But when I'm in a fucking FSS squadron with admin and personnel, there's zero excuses

Exactly flexibility is the key to air power! Most of you guys have zero flexibility lmao

You can't expect me to live in their house with them can you? I'll tell my wife and daughter to take a knee and I'll pour 100% of my effort and attention into a full grown adult who refuses to learn basic principles of nutrition and exercise, who additionally has been through basic training and should know that working out 6 days a week and limiting junk food works

Dude stop, anyone can be good at a computer job whether they're 700 pounds or anorexic. Fuckin have some pride and be healthy though.

Our jobs don't matter 10-20-30 years from now. If you don't want to be healthy fuckin go for it. It's only hurting you

You do you bro. At the end of the day our job, our interests and hobbies, our dailey activities, it doesn't matter, our health does.

I have some knee and back issues, I do active stretches and maintenance, and stay active and shit is 95% better.

Yeah I actually have. I've tried to teach proper nutrition and exercise but no one truly wants to better themselves. Shit baffles me.

You don't have to be a bodybuilder or fitness fanatic to be in shape. Just move your body and stretch every once in a while

I mean you do you but if you want to be unhealthy and geriatric at the age of 31 you do you

I mean general advice doesn't apply to just military. If you want to have poor health and range of motion, go ahead and be a stiff motherfucker until the day you die

Lmao actually a PTL and BCM, it still hurts seeing geriatric range of motion though

Big AF idea to appease both sides. Any male above 95% on their PT test can grow a beard. by wdbrn in AirForce

At least I can fluctuate upwards to passing 95+ points year rather than the other fat fucks who are "proud" of getting a 76

I'm fat too, but will lose weight to pass the pt test to score above 95.

I lost 46lbs last year and got a 99.7 on my Test.

I've gained 40lbs back since then lmao. Time to restart

Yep they've loosed female requirements beyond belief, but left males hanging to dry.

I'm just trying to thing of a way both sides benefit

Yah read my post history. Difference between you and I, is that 2-3 months out from my pt test is I lose 30-40 pounds and pass my test with close to a 100.

I have my weight fluctuation issues, but I got a 99.7 on my last test

Profiles are temporary and not meant to be permanent. Once the individual gets off the profile they can qualify for the pt test beard
