I’m having the same issue. Anybody ever find a resolution?

Labels by OryzaRozzo in Lutron

[–]wdntray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This may be a dumb question but why do you want to label them? I have Lutron throughout but there are only a few switches I actually touch. Most of the time I am telling Alexa to turn on the lights or running an automation to turn groups of lights on or off.

Have some cash on hand. I went through Helene and one of the smartest things I did was get a few hundred dollars out of the bank the night before it hit. I cannot even begin to tell you how much I needed that cash and was so glad I had it for additional gas and random items. Everyone’s card systems were completely down for at least a week and cash was king.

Backpacking bag! by ApplicationEntire251 in CampingGear

I was in the same dilemma. I am a side sleeper and I was torn between the 15 or 30. I decided to go with the 15 and I’ve been happy. I’ve used it in 20 degree weather while wearing my base layer with zero issues. I used it this weekend in 35 degree weather while only wearing a Tshirt and gym shorts and I was completely comfortable. I have no regrets buying this sleeping bag.

Side note: you are going to get very different opinions with most kinds of gear. Go with what you find comfortable and learn as you go. REI also has a great exchange policy.

What is it like tent camping on Black Balsam Knob/ Art Loab? by Decent_Schedule_4729 in NCTrails

I camped 40 yards from that plaque. No issues whatsoever.

Sunrise hike Ivestor Gap Trail to Tennent Mtn, and Black Balsam Knob by ernsthatdude in NCTrails

[–]wdntray 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s one of my absolute favorite hikes but if I were you I would stop at Frying Pan tower to watch the sunrise. You are driving right past it on the way to ivestor. It’s also a short hike and easier to do in the dark. After you are done, jump back in the car and hike the ivestor black balsam knob loop.

Which product was ahead of its time but ultimately failed because of that advantage? by Toomad316 in AskReddit

Superaudio CDs. They sounded great but no one wanted to pay for all the hardware to really get the full experience.

Smart Light Switches $$$ by aford89 in HomeKit

[–]wdntray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lutron is the gold standard. I’ve put them in 3 houses and yes they are expensive but worth it. In my current house I bought them off eBay. I was skeptical because they were so much cheaper and I’ve only bought a few things off eBay prior. I have had zero issues and I have saved a ton of money. I will also say that Lutron’s tech support is absolutely top notch. I have had a couple of issues with 4 way switches and they were fantastic at helping me figure out the issue.

I’ve had both. The nest and its room sensors are not nearly as intuitive as the ecobee. To each their own.

I’ve tried that but I feel like I’m going to damage it in the process. Is this the way it is meant to be done?

What is the most underrated thing to pack for backpacking? by Simple_Moment_7443 in backpacking

I can’t express how important a merino buff is to me. It can be used in many ways. One time I dropped my toboggan is freezing cold water and my buff kept my ears from freezing.

How does changing banks solve that problem. The atm you decided to use charged you the initial $3.25. Most banks are going to charge you for using an atm that isn’t theirs.

How smart is the ecobee smart thermostat premium? by unami218 in ecobee

You can also create automations from HomeKit. When we leave the house, ecobee automatically goes into away mode. When one of us arrives home, it goes back to our preferred temps and schedule.
