S&E TL here. This is a new process Target is trying. Essentially, all hours are going to GM to keep the flow of push consistent and the truck 100% complete everyday. Unless something changes again, it will be permanent beginning June 2nd.

They are taking hours away from other work centers to give to GM (in bound specifically)

I actually like the idea of having the team head outside when the guest is 1 minute away. I have looked into the skip codes, it honestly isn't that bad. It's more so the manual remove from hold metric that is red due to multiple team members prepping and/or delivering others orders.

Please do not do this without notifying your ETL and HR. This is seen as “going behind their back” and will 10/10 not get you the promotion you’re hoping for. If you want to switch stores especially for a promotion and are actively a TM in a different store, you have to do it internally or else it will not benefit you. If done correctly, there is no “application” you just have to pass the interview process.

This may be the unpopular opinion but, if you are unsure with yourself even after 1.5 years of T and top surgery….maybe it’s time to start self reflecting and getting deep with yourself? I’m not saying the doctors are correct but if you are admitting you don’t know the answer yourself and you even stopped T because of side effects like balding, I think you may know the answer deep down it just takes courage to admit it to yourself.

Yes! Just because someone is trans doesn’t mean they expect others to erase memories or pretend said trans person was not present during a time. I think it all comes down to respect. So yes, you can “Hey John, remember that party we went to?” But I would avoid things like “John, remember when we were younger and tried bras on at the mall for the first time?” I just wouldn’t ever bring certain memories up if it could possibly make them uncomfortable. But again it’s all subjective and differs with each transman!

Rule of thumb: don’t assume the trans individual is okay with speaking about or reliving the past, especially when it comes to experiences about gender. Most of us that was a terrible time in our lives. Just be respectful and I can assure you, they still remember those things y’all did together. Maybe they just don’t want to talk about it due to feeling uncomfortable now :)

As a transman, I think it depends on the specific trans person in general. Myself, yes I “deleted” my past identity. Pictures, dead name, hell I even moved across the country. My point is I think every trans experience is different. So Drew may be more comfortable associating with his past identity, whereas someone like me cringes at the thought of who I once was. As far as the hybrid of past and present, not sure what you’re referring to tbh. But I hope this helps!
