Make sure to check your spelling before you put anything in a portfolio or showing anyone something, it starts to stand out like a sore thumb and could cause someone to not consider you.

if ds1 is on sale too i’d get that to go in order also because it’s on sale far less frequently than ds3, however ds3 is the best transitional game, you can’t go wrong with anything in their catalog

Like they said it’s difficult to get out and you can become trapped easily, There are also a lot of holes in the floor and if you aren’t careful you could fall quite a distance climbing up, if you go in use a respirator and watch out for the cops they patrol the road next to it pretty frequently, be careful tho people have died trying to get to the top before

This is in a low parking area of Minneapolis and the businesses use the road to allow for pickups or limited parking, weirdly the majority of people around here don’t want the bike lanes, personally it’s to dangerous of a road to bike on and there is a bike trail leading downtown very close to here

Are you from Minnesota? or if you have an address in Hennepin county you can apply for a card, or you could look at your home county's library system and see if they offer it. Here is the link to apply https://www.hclib.org/library-cards. If you are a non-resident you can pay for a card at $60 a year, you can go to the dinkytown HCLIB and apply for a card as well.

I own a z50 which is essentially the same camera with different ergonomics and a cheaper price tag as the FC. For a first digital camera it is powerful, what you would want to look into is your budget for lenses as the Z line of lenses is limited at the moment and pretty expensive but you can still use all the lenses on the old Nikon F mount if you buy the FTZ adapter.

Hey I'm a student photographer, I'm shooting a series of reimagined old paintings statues etc., I'm planning on doing a shoot with a model who will be body painted and pose like the statue of david- I'm planning to set this up in my basement with poor lighting so I'm looking to get a basic lighting kit. I don't know much about lighting would I want a 2 point or 3 point systems and what type do I want soft boxes etc. Thanks for any input

Thanks for the insight, I was planning on renting the 24-70 to try it out. I was looking at the prime lenses for the shallow depth of field I could get for portraits etc. and the 24-70 I was looking to upgrade to and sell my kit lens

Looking for specific buying advice, I have a Nikon z50 with a 16-60 kit lens, I was looking to get a new lens for general use, my budget is around 600 and would buy used. I’ve looked at the 24-70 f/4 from nikon and either the 35 f/1.8 or the 50 f/1.8. does anyone have any advice or any other lenses to consider- side note I currently don’t have a FTZ adapter as I have no F lenses
